The Costs & Credits page is the fourth and final input page. On this page, you can enter in Base Rent Abatements, Landlord Tenant Improvement Allowances and other Landlord Incentives, along with any costs the Tenant expects to incur related to a lease under the proposal.
Once complete, click Save and your Property Level Analysis report will be generated.
