The first step to analyze a new lease proposal is to enter its Basic Information.
On this page, you can also upload a property photo and other deal-related documents.
Under the Optional Details section, you may chose to describe more detailed information, such as any Renewal Options or Expansion or Termination Rights.
Once you are finished with this section, click Save and proceed to the Rent Assumptions input page.
