Sometimes, tenant borne expenses do not start right away. These expenses can be delayed for a numerous reasons, including free rent or abatement periods which include expenses.
In the example below, there is an abatement period of 12 months on both the base rent and operating expenses.
After naming it appropriately, use the BEGIN MO. field to delay this expense until month 13.
